10 Years Ago….

Talk about a truly humble beginning, Tracy and I began plans in 2011, and founded The Bottle Shop beginning operations in October 2012. I had just completed the Certificate in Practical Brewing in the UK, and armed with a simple online retail website (the same one www.thebottleshop.hk), a one-woman wholesale team, and a hungry one-year-old baby; we began selling craft beers to local bars and restaurants, and interested patrons of a Sai Kung hardware store. Why Sai Kung and why a hardware store? My parents (hardware store owner) desperately needed an extra pair of hands, and I happened to be free, so that worked out well in retrospect - blind luck!!

The Bottle Shop故事時間 - 一切要由十年前講起

我哋嘅Founder - Tracy同Danny喺2011年開始籌備，當時Danny正喺父母經營嘅同興五金幫手，同時又啱啱攞到英國Practical Brewing證書，所以The Bottle Shop就自然地喺西貢開始試業。2012年10月，由一男子零售團隊加一個簡陋網站開始，先向有興趣嘅五金鋪同網上客戶推介手工啤；一女子批發團隊就專注向本地酒吧、餐廳推廣，背後最大嘅動力？就係當時得1歲大嘅BB。
