Italian Wines

We all love Italian food, and know it is best served with a great Italian wines

Red Wines are often high acid, light to medium body, spicy, floral, earthy, red fruit flavours (some dark fruits), and medium to high tannin. 

Whites tend to be quite diverse in flavour and really depends on what you personally like. Some notable wines include Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera, Chianti, Valpolicella, Abruzzo, Pinot Grigio, Soave, and Gavi.

Let's not forget Prosecco, which can range from crisp and refreshing to tasty and complex.
