Kabinett is harvested ripe and is semi-sweet
Spatlese means late harvest complex and sweet
Auslese is select harvest, very complex and sweet
Beerenauslese is select berry harvest, which is a affected by noble rot, and therefore very complex and very sweet
Trockenbeerenauslese is sleet dry berry harvest, which is selecting overripe shrivelled grapes affected by noble rot. Very sweet and complex.
