Totopia's x Inkhorn Brewing Mejirophilia Hazy IPA

Collaboration Hazy IPA with Inkhorn. Their precise brewing, backed by the skills and experience of one of Japan's top breweries, always inspires us and positively influences our own brewing. We're thrilled that this year's collaboration, where we shared our deepened mutual respect for each other's craft and grew together beyond where we were a year ago, was an irreplaceable experience. This time, we had the honor of collaborating on a Totopia version of their highly acclaimed flagship beer, “Mejiro,” recognized both domestically and internationally. The hops used this time are Citra, Citra Cryo, Idaho7, Rakau, and Rakau Hop Kief. While faithfully carrying over the nuances of Mejiro, we believe the slight differences in hop usage and house yeast result in a finish where you can sense the nuances of both beers.

A deep pale yellow color belies a clean, crisp body. The presence of dunk is immediately noticeable. Gentle citrus bitterness highlights melon and yellow peach sweetness, leading to a refreshing finish.
