Totopia's Orbphobia DDH Hazy DIPA

This time we built it around old-school hops. Though they're still very much in their prime, this particular blend gives it that classic feel. We also extended the maturation period, boosting its richness and fruitiness. At DH's temperature range, different hops express themselves uniquely, and we tailor their use based on the style. Simultaneously, understanding hop characteristics allows us to maximize their potential by adjusting the varieties and combinations. The result is a flavor that feels both fresh and nostalgic.
