A sour IPA featuring watermelon, a quintessential Japanese summer treat, returns with a revised recipe. This time, we've enhanced the watermelon aroma while retaining its sweetness for an even more delicious balance. Like its predecessor, it incorporates chamomile and white chocolate to add depth to the flavor layers. It's an adventurous beer true to Teenage's style, blending sour ale with NEIPA nuances. Hops used: Sabro, Simcoe, Waimea, Nelson Sauvin (Bliss Process).
