Totopia's Jellyphobia West Coast DIPA

We've amplified the bitterness while maintaining a clean, fruity finish. By using old-school hops in this DH, we aimed not only to push the fruitiness to the forefront but also to add a piney character, creating multiple layers of flavor. Despite its 8.5% ABV, which is certainly not low, it boasts an appealing clean and crisp body.
