Nito "Omachi 48" Junmai Daiginjo Sake 二兔雄町48 純米大吟釀 1800ml

Nito means two hares, and staying true to their company motto of chasing after two unattainable qualities, this sake uses two kinds of rice, Omachi and Yamadanishiki, to achieve a balance of flavors that each tell their own tale. The slightly hazy sake holds a juicy apple aroma that follows on the palate, but fades to an almost spicy dry. The brewers achieved their goal and “caught two hares.”

此清酒是愛知縣第二人氣清酒銘柄「二兔」的大熱作品之一，不止長期受酒迷愛戴，更是連續兩年獲得日本清酒業界知名的「The Fine SAKE Award, Japan(ワイグラスでおいしい)」競賽金賞的純米大吟釀作品。選用被稱之為酒米之祖的「雄町」為釀造原料，並將其精磨至48%，整體表現就像濃縮了雄町的優點般，淺嘗和入喉後的感覺截然不同。開瓶時有著豐郁的葡萄香氣，口感雖厚實但不粘口，中段米味馥郁，酸味適中，收結廷綿悠長，層次感分明，適合冷飲配搭海鮮、壽司、或較濃味料理如火鍋、串燒等一同享用。
