Winemaking: Grapes are harvested from six different parcels divided on the hillside inside the Côté de Lechet 1er Cru area. The fermentation and aging are carried in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. A final blending between the two is made afterward
The estate is going through their fourth generation from father to son. Since 1992, Jean-luc is in charge of the wine-making with his parents after his studies in Lycéee de Beaune, where he obtained a degree in techniques winemaking.

The harvest takes place on vineyards planted on north and northeast facing slopes around the villages of Milly and Fleys. Fermentation and aging are carried inside stainless steel tanks, and the wine is bottled 6 to 10 months after harvest.
Tasting note
A fresh and light wine with aromas of lemon, apples and flowers, accompanied by the minerality given by the stony soils on which the vines are planted. An excellent, refreshing white to be drunk on its youth.
