Domaine Fourrey Chablis 2023, Chardonnay, Burgundy, France

The harvest takes place on vineyards planted on north and northeast facing slopes around the villages of Milly and Fleys. Fermentation and aging are carried inside stainless steel tanks, and the wine is bottled 6 to 10 months after harvest.
Tasting note: A combination of apple and lemon fruit with flint and stony elements give a fresh and lively nose. The acidity is well balanced by a round richness that ends in a moderately long finish. Suitable to be drank now or to be bottle aged up to 5 years.
