Using Yamahai brewing method gives this sake a rich and full-bodied taste. Consist of mellow rice with well-balanced lactic acidity, and ends with smooth aftertaste. When chilled, it goes well with seafood, sushi, sashimi, and warmed with strong meat and fried food.
