Ohmine 3 Grain Junmai Daiginjo Sake 大嶺 3粒米 純米大吟釀 720ml

The whole brewing process is done by hands of professional technicians, using the sophisticated additive-free method to lower the alcohol content down to 16%, which is a concentration that is much lower than any other kind of sake.
Silky smooth with a touch of sweetness of peach and mango like a ripe tropical fruits. Finishes soft and delicate with a medium sweetness and very light, clean acidity.
Ohmine Shuzou operations were resumed in 2010 after a hiatus of 50 years in Mine City, Yamaguchi. The brewery prides itself in the use of their natural resources, utilising Benten Water and locally grown rice; masterfully creating a line-up of exclusive designer products which are served at top fashion parties and 3-star Michelin restaurants.
