MONIN Lime Juice cordial is a mix of lime juice, lemon juice and sugar. It is made of 50% juice minimum. Being a cordial, MONIN Lime Juice cordial has a lower sugar content than a syrup and is perfect to give a unique taste and balance to your classic cocktails such as Margaritas, Maï-Taïs and Gin Tonics.

MONIN Lime Juice cordial can be used for different applications such as: sodas or lemonades, teas or fruit punches but even for cocktails. One of the most well-known is the gimlet: a hint of lime cordial and large measure of vodka or gin.
