Gonzalez Byass Tío Pepe en rama Sherry, Jerez, Spain 2025

Gonzalez Byass releases a more intense version of its Fino Tio Pepe every year, a tradition that goes back to 2009. The en rama version is bottled with minimal treatment and filtering. Each saca (bottling) shows a slightly different character, linked to the climatic conditions of the year.

Appearance: Pale golden in colour, bright, clean and luminous, like a liquid jewel.

Palate: Fresh, vibrant and enveloping. Creamy and persistent, with an intensity that reflects its living character.

Nose: Intense, expressive and pungent. Notes of sourdough, fresh almonds, apple, herbs and mineral nuances that evoke the albariza soils of Jerez.
