Funky Fluid Amplify Riwaka Amplifire, Nelson Amplifire & Hyperboost Mosaic DDH New England IPA

New England IPA in which we used large amounts of riwaka Amplifire, Hyperboost mosaic and Nelson Amplifire. Juicy, intense, strongly aromatic, with clear notes of lime, gooseberry, passion fruit, peach and a solid dish, plus moderate bitterness.

Okay, that's all good, but what's the deal with Amplifire? The topic is very interesting - it involves separating hop cones into lupulin and plant material at a very low temperature. Lupulina - containing super important resins (responsible for bitterness) and oils (responsible for taste and aroma) for IPA - is pelletized, resulting in a product with a concentration of resins and oils almost twice as high as that of classic hop pellets. More efficient, more intense.
