A crisp entry leads to a sweetish light-to medium-bodied palate with vanilla ice cream and toasty coconut flavors. Very clean, pure and tasty. The long and complicated curing process and the need of manual pollination are some of the reasons why vanilla is one of the most expensive spices. Pure vanilla pod on the palate plus a subtle note of cocoa powder.
