Originally, Japanese sake was brewed with yellow koji, but this product uses white koji that creates citric acid, resulting in a low-alcohol sake with a strong citrus-like acidity and a refreshing aroma. It is a refreshing and easy-to-drink product that goes well with Western dishes such as tomato sauce, uncured ham, and cheese, as well as fried foods such as fried chicken.
