Introducing Rodenbach Evolved Saint Georges, a truly unique beer experience! This Sour Pale Ale has an ABV of 6.5% and takes inspiration from the beloved “Gueuze Saint Georges” Rodenbach beer, which was cherished until the late 1970s. Our team at Rodenbach came together to revive the essence of this iconic brew in our exclusive Rodenbach Evolved series. The artisanal process involved blending traditional ingredients of wheat beer, saison and lambic, resulting in a refreshing and fruity sour pale ale. We fermented this beer with our own special Rodenbach yeast culture, resulting in a distinctive flavour profile. After fermentation, we left it to mature for two years in the carefully selected wooden barrel, known as foeder “93”. The result? A light, fruity beer with a subtle sourness that is perfect to quench your thirst.
