Beaujolais nouveau is a French tradition! According to the laws of their land, the Gamay grapes must be harvested by hand. This early-released red wine is bottled only weeks after the grapes are harvested and is sold at the same time every year, accompanied by fireworks, music, and festivals.
Juicy June is Australia's version of Beaujolais nouveau! The process involves hand-harvesting, fermentation in stainless steel, and bottling in the shortest time possible from when the grapes are plucked from the vines. Instead of Gamay, Negroamaro and Grenache are used, imparting bright and flavoursome characteristics to the wine.
All the grapes are grown sustainably and meet vegan standards.
