The sweet and sour muscat-like taste is also rounded with sourness, and the transparent sweetness stands out.However, it passes smoothly through the throat without being sluggish.
使用了日本名水百選之一的別府弁天池湧水,配上更適合作火入れ低溫殺菌的酵母,讓殺菌後的作品保留更多優美特質,之後再在藏內經過了大約半年熟成,讓口感變得圓潤柔和,帶晴王提子、完熟蘋果及夕張蜜瓜般的濃郁水果香氣,優雅的甜味、酸味、輕輕的礦物感、與來自山田錦的米旨味道層層交疊出濃郁而複雜的味道,帶出了深沉而悠長的餘韻,非常適合配上如秋刀魚或甘栗等秋季食材享用,亦非常建議大家嘗試將其加熱享用呢。
