Hong Kong Beer Co. Mai Po Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout V4 Brandy Bourbon and Cognac Barrel Aged

Mai Po No. 4 (Vintage 2025) is our Imperial Stout that has been barrel-aged in Cherry-Liquer-Finished Bourbon, Heaven Hill Bourbon, and French Ok Cognac Barrels and decadently conditioned with cacao nibs and cherries.
When stored at a constant temperature of 4 to 8 degrees Celsius, Mai Po may be enjoyed for years to come and collected for vertical tastings with other Mai Po vintages and variants.

INGREDIENTS: Water, Barley, Wheat, Oats, Rye, Hops, Yeast, Cacao Nibs, Cherries.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Mai Po is best savoured in a snifter glass or paired with decadent desserts such as molten lava cake, sweet date and brown sugar puddings, or an ounce of fine dark chocolate.
