Hong Kong Beer Co. Mai Po Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout V3 Bourbon and Rye Whiskey with Toasted Coconut, Cacao Nibs and Vanilla


Mai Po No. 3 (Vintage 2023) is our Imperial Stout that has been barrel-aged in Bourbon (80%) and Rye Whiskey (20%) Barrels and conditioned with toasted coconut, cacao nibs, and vanilla beans. When stored at a constant temperature of 4 to 8 degrees Celsius, Mai Po may be enjoyed for years to come and collected for vertical tastings with other Mai Po vintages and variants.

INGREDIENTS: Water, Barley, Wheat, Oats, Hops, Yeast, Coconut, Cacao Nibs, Vanilla Beans.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Mai Po is best savoured in a snifter glass or paired with decadent desserts such as molten lava cake, sweet date and brown sugar puddings, or an ounce of fine dark chocolate.
