This is a tasty mezcal from Mezcal Los Javis, crafted using traditional methods (like crushing the agave with a tahona, and open-air wooden vats for fermentation). This expression was made using the Tobalá variety of agave, which has resulted in a flavour profile dotted with warming spice and creamy fruit notes, with a touch of brown sugar along the way.
