Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, which are grown in the Rully region of Burgundy, France. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand before being fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on lees for several months.
The wine is a pale gold color, with aromas of green apple, pear, and citrus, along with subtle floral and mineral notes. On the palate, it is light-bodied and well-balanced, with a flavour profile that includes crisp citrus fruit, subtle minerals, and a hint of creaminess. The wine has a refreshing acidity and a long and satisfying finish.
Pairs well with a variety of seafood dishes, such as grilled fish, shellfish, and seafood salads, as well as light appetizers and cheeses.
