Craftbros Brewing Young Bros West Coast Double IPA

HK$67.00

Young Bros West Coast Double IPA, a collaboration between Hong Kong's Young Master Brewery and Korea's Craft Bros, uses Citra, Simcoe, and Motueka hops. Are you familiar with dry-hopped hops? These are the hops we usually use when making New England IPA.
.
There are no set rules, but West Coast IPAs usually dry-hopped hops such as Cascade, Chinook, and Centennial to emphasize the dangness and pine flavor. This time, ‘Young Bros’ was made in the West Coast IPA style, but it emphasized a more citrusy aroma by using hops such as Citra, Simcoe, and Motueka, which are commonly used in New England IPA. So, although it is a West Coast IPA, it is not overly bitter and is a beer that even consumers who have consumed a lot of our New England IPA can drink without much burden.
.
If you find the bitterness of West Coast IPA burdensome, an IPA with a moderate bitterness and a familiar citrusy aroma, such as Young Bros, may be easier to drink. Also, the 8.2% alcohol is barely noticeable and the clean aftertaste is also an advantage. Young Bros Double IPA can be found right now.
