The tropical climate of Ecuador provides the perfect growing conditions for the yellow Maracuya passionfruit. Unlike more common varietals, Maracuya passion fruits have a vibrant yellow skin and sweet rich flesh. A team of hand harvesters collect the fruits once they are perfectly ripe and have fallen from the vines.
