Casalforte Pinot Grigio delle Venezie is a symbol of the Veronese winemaking tradition, produced with a refined attention aimed at enhancing its elegance.
Obtained from a soft pressing of the bunches, it ferments in steel at a temperature of 18 ° C, after which it refines on the lees at a low temperature for a period of 3 months.
Its straw yellow color is the preview of an olfactory range composed of citrus notes that recall grapefruit, balsamic notes and sage. In the mouth it is intense and pleasantly fresh.
Suitable to accompany vegetable soups, it goes well with grilled white meats.
