Here is Persephone, a Greek goddess associated with the return of vegetation in spring. We have incorporated several different variations of Citra to make our Double IPA exclusively brewed with Citra. Intensely aromatic with notes of mango, blackberry, peach, passion fruit. The saturation of the hops is felt with particularly hoppy notes on the palate.
