Tropical aromas and fresh acidity created by the combination of lactic acid bacteria and hops. A juicy aroma reminiscent of pineapple and grapefruit. While it has a distinct tartness, the oats and lactose provide a rounded, smooth mouthfeel. A fruit-forward Sour IPA with restrained bitterness.
