Distillery quietly comes to life.
Our very first whisky distillate—new make—has been born. Crafted from a rich wash and a
168-hour two-stage fermentation, it reveals an aromatic profile of full-bodied malt,
toasted fresh bread and cheese crackers, soft mineral nuances, and a gentle honeyed
sweetness.
On the palate, vibrant fruitiness and a subtle acidity unfold alongside a creamy, full-
bodied texture. The long finish lingers with notes of dried plum, clove, and delicate
minerals. With every sip, the spirit speaks of this land and the vision of its makers.
At Tankyu Distillery, we are also launching our Private Cask Program. Through your own
cask, you can journey with a whisky as it matures alongside the changing seasons of
Hokkaido—sharing in a truly special passage of time.
