採用山口縣原創酒米「西都の雫」釀造，清爽柑橘香氣配上水果實感、柔和甘味及礦物感，入口輕盈，尾韻乾淨俐落。開瓶先散發清爽柑橘香氣，當中帶有西柚、青提子及蜜瓜般嘅水果香。入口有自然米旨味及柔和甘味，酒體清透，甜度舒服，唔會過分厚重。使用秋吉台「弁天湧水」釀造，水中礦物感將果香及甘味輕輕收緊，令尾韻更加清爽俐落。
