Using the rare "Aiyama" rice”, this bottle has been pasteurised, however the aroma of pineapple and lychee is still at the similar level, yet the specific umami favour from the 'Aiyama' rice has even more stand out in this version. Overall, a very smooth and balanced sake that suitable for either food pairing or drinking by the glass.
