Mirabeau La Folie Sparkling Rose, France

Made in the Prosecco or “Charmat Method” this is a totally captivating and delicious rosé. A gorgeous ballet-pink colour with a delicate effervescent sparkle, the nose offers up a fresh, soft scent of strawberry and raspberry with hints of gooseberry and blackcurrant. The mousse is mouth filling and elegant with hints of red berry, grapefruit with a little spice and a lovely long finish. Delicious and refreshing, La Folie is perfect as an aperitif but also with a wide variety of Mediterranean cuisine.
