Exquisite red wine Louis Max, Mercurey 1er Cru "Les Vasees" AOC represents the famous region of Burgundy. The traditional Burgundy variety, Pinot Noir, is grown on clay soils rich in marl and limestone. After manual collection and careful selection, the berries are subjected to traditional vinification and aging in oak barrels for 15 months, with 20% of the used barrels being new.
The wine has a harmonious, pleasant taste with elegant silky tannins and a bright palette of fruit tints. A long, delicate aftertaste. The aroma of wine is rich in accents of ripe fruit, delicate vanilla streaks and velvety halftone oak.
