Limited Addition 'Blanc Crush' White Blend Chardonnay/ Pinot Blanc/ Aligote, Willamette Valley, Oregon 2023, United States of America

In our effort to continue to reimagine what the Willa- mette Valley can achieve we have introduce a new white blend that brings together both the history of the valley’s viticulture heritage in Pinot blanc, the current space Chardonnay, and the future in Aligote. The acceptance and positive responses to our Rouge Crush red blend and Orange Crush had everyone asking for a blanc, so here it is!

Our flagship blanc blend and an homage to what the Willamette Valley could contribute to the “White Blend” category, we source from across the valley’s ten AVAs Tsai Vineyard in Yamhill Carlton AVA, Laurel- wood District AVA and Eola-Amity Hills AVA.

We will continue to work with farmers throughout the valley to keep their plantings of pinot blanc and add Aligote and other varieties that express well in a cool river valley climate, we are excited to continue this conversation about blends.

This wine is has partial malolactic fermentation and is filtered as there is just a smidge of residual sugar, around 1 gram, left in the Aligote. Bottled in July it makes a fruity, acid and mineral driven salty white.
