Het Boerenerf Oude Gueuze 375ml

Boerenerf Oude Gueuze (ABV 7%) is a traditional blend of young and old lambics. “It (p)ours a cloudy, golden amber coloration with a small, fizzy head. Smells of doughy malt and fruity, slightly spicy esters, with notes of green apple, pear and apricot and pepper, as well as hints of wet hay, funk and oak. Taste is an excellent balance of doughy malt, fruity and spicy esters, with notes of tart green apple, sweet pear and apricot, acidic gooseberry, zesty citrus and lighter clove and white pepper, as well as some wet hay and a subtle, moldy, mushroomy funkiness and hints of musty oak. Finishes with a medium tartness and some fruity, slightly spicy esters, funk and oak lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation
