Hayman’s family have been distilling true English gin for over 150 years. The business was first started by great- grandfather in 1863 and since then five generations of the family have been championing and refining the True English Gin style first developed all those years ago. It’s a style they’ve passionate about as a family. Today, in an era where most gin producers have focused on what’s new, the family remain committed to championing the True English Gin style first developed by their 19th Century forebears - protecting the classically balanced styles that lie at the heart of most classic gin cocktails.
