Belonging to the renowned family of Belgian Tripels, Grisette Citra® Hop Bio gluten-free is notable for the unique character of its aromas and flavors, produced through a rare combination of classicism and modernity. This top-fermenting beer, which undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, releases a subtle palette of citrus aromas, thanks in part to the dry hopping of Citra hops. With its warm, golden blonde color, it is clear and glistening. The head is fine and compact. Full of flavor and refreshing, this beer is suitable for every season. Like Grisette Blonde, it does not undergo any biochemical treatment and is certified organic and gluten-free. Even if the ingredients (barley malt) used to make the product contain gluten, this gluten is then removed during the manufacturing process. This means that our Grisette Blonde can be officially classified as “gluten free”. For added peace of mind, this label requires each batch to be analysed by an independent accredited laboratory before it is released for sale.
