A subtle and irresistible tribute to the cherry blossom, with sloe and pepper. The sloe brings an intense, very aromatic and perfumed scent with fruity and sweet and sour notes, while pepper gives it character and strength with a spicy touch.

For each of the GINRAW gins we make a careful selection of botanicals. All of them are 100% natural and do not contain any type of additives, that is to say, we do not use any coloring or no coloring or added sugars are used.

Sloe, also known as arañon, wild plum or pacharan, is the fruit of the blackthorn, a tree belonging to the Prunus genus, the most important of the Rosaceae family. Sloes give off a very aromatic and perfumed scent with fruity and sweet and sour notes.

Today, pepper is possibly the most widely used spice in the world. In small quantities, it is a flavor enhancer and gives a subtle and exquisite aroma. In large quantities, it will bring out its spiciness and characteristic flavor. Pepper gives character, strength and relief to compositions. Although pepper brings a touch of spiciness, it also brings a touch of lightness.
