Yuzu us a citrus fruit that has the appearance of a small grapefruit with uneven pale-yellow skin. The Yuzu is extremely aromatic and nutritious, and is a rich source of Vitamin C. Its taste is a hybrid of the citrus flavour found in Lemon, mandarin and grapefruit.

Yuzu originates from South East Asia with Japanese Yuzu famed for its quality.
