ETSU Double Yuzu Japanese Gin


Gin Etsu Double Yuzu is distilled in the Akita Distillery, within Akita Prefecture on Honshu Island in Japan.

Akita Prefecture is located on the coast and stretches east of the Ōu Mountains, the longest mountain range in Japan. It is from these mountains that Etsu Double Yuzu draws its fresh and light aromas.

Etsu Yuzu gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional herbs such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica, cilantro and matcha. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without plants, which allows the oils to infuse. It is only after the distillation process that fresh water from the mountain spring is added, which gives this gin its fresh taste.

Etsu Double Yuzu Gin is fresh with citrus notes, with natural ingredients, giving this gin a unique and light finish.

Etsu Yuzu is produced in Limited Edition.
