Copenhagen Sparkling Tea BLA (Non-Alcoholic)

Sparkling Tea is a new innovative beverage category developed by the Danish award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba. The exclusive taste is achieved using carefully selected teas and solely organic ingredients. The tea leaves soak in both hot and cold water over and extensive period of time, to extract the perfect flavor. With its high complexity in taste, it is one of the best "high-end" non- and low-alcoholic products on the market today.

Tasting Notes:
JASMINE(香片) / WHITE TEA(白茶) / DARJEELING(大吉嶺茶)
Long, deep and complex taste achieved through the use of 13 different teas. The first impression is fresh and lively, where notes of flower, jasmine and quince comfortably appear. The chamomile and white teas subsequently step in with a softening influence, followed by the carefully selected black teas, which secure a deep and round experience. All finished off with a light vegetal and fresh experience thanks to the Darjeeling.

Food Pairing:
The sweet jasmine makes BLÅ the perfect aperitif. While still pairing beautifully with a number of starters, light mains and most desserts.
