Rich pineapple, citrus, pear, and candied fruit flavors. Aged in oak barrels for 18 months, it has a pleasant creaminess in the mouth. It also has a fresh chamomile white floral aroma with a fruity aroma. The wine is medium-bodied, has balanced acidity, and is sweet but not greasy. It is worth mentioning that the second brand Carmes De Rieussec is named after the monk Carmes de Langon. The monks owned this winery in the 18th century.
