CLT is a delightful aromatic blend of fruity and spicy yeast-driven flavors, complemented with Argentinian yerba mate green tea and oolong tea leaves. It pours a pale straw color with a medium haze. The fermentation product’s lemony esters and spicy phenols perfectly match the herbaceous, hay tones, and fruity tones of the tea leaves. Lemon essential oils highlight the citrusy side and give the beer a refreshing twist.
