Notes: Intense, fine and complex on the nose, it presents floral scents and fruity notes. Dry on the palate, with a refreshing acid-salty progression and good gustatory persistence.
Vinification & Aging: The harvest is between the end of September and the beginning of October. Fermentation in stainless steel, followed by aging in the bottle.
Pairings: A complete and all-meal wine, excellent to accompany salads and raw seafood but also white meats and poultry.
