Campillo El Niño is a wine made in Bodegas Campillo, located in the town of Alava. It is made from the type of grape 90% Tempranillo and 10% Graciano, which then spend 7 months in oak barrels. The name is El Niño and the pure Tempranillo lives up to this name. The wine was in the barrel for six months, but the youthful, clear fruit and lively acidity dominate the rather subtle notes of oak.
