Bright pale yellow wine from Bordeaux made from sauvignon blanc and sémillon with intense aromas of citrus and white flowers, followed by well-integrated notes of wood. Delicate flavor, nice balance between good acidity, roundness and sweetness. Delicious with cod fillet rolled in Serrano ham with cherry tomatoes from the oven.
