Romerhof Riesling Kabinett 2021, Mosel, Germany

This Riesling Kabinett is made from very ripe Riesling grapes from the middle Mosel Valley of Germany. These grapes are allowed to hang longer, earning the designation of Kabinett. The wine exudes flavors and aromas of ripe apples, pears, peaches and citrus, whit floral aromas. Its slight sweetness makes it a perfect match with aged cheeses, chicken and seafood.
