Garnet color, limpid with ruby reflections. The nose is complex with resinous, toasted notes, then with agitation the fruity aromas take over: black fruits, blackcurrant, blackberries, Burlat cherry. The palate is smooth, with melted tannins. Balanced wine, with a long finish, with notes of coffee, blackcurrant, blueberry, cedar.

Good pairing with cheeses, white meats in sauce and red meats. Chocolate desserts.
