Occhi di Ciumi is a white Etna DOC produced from grapes of Carricante and Grecanico. The wine is brilliant, clear straw yellow and the nose feels the aromatic complexity that sets this wine apart, with notes of intense floral and tropical fruit. In the mouth it is fresh, complex, with good sapidity (full-flavoured).
